Thank you for shopping with us. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. 

### Shipping Origin
All orders are shipped directly from our warehouse located in Guangzhou, China.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are not included in the product price and will be calculated and charged at checkout. We currently offer the following shipping options based on your destination:

United States
Air Shipping:10-15 business days - $15.00
Sea Shipping: 30-40 business days - $8.00

Europe & UK
Air Shipping: 10-18 business days - $15.00
Sea Shipping: 45-60 business days - $8.00

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs clearance or unforeseen circumstances.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
